- Free for all who love Chessie! Chessie Nation is a growing site with further plans for improvement and participation. Any memberships will always be free and “democratic” for Chessie Nation citizens!
It’s OK to have Chessie in your life! The Ches-C has been a part of my life since I first saw it as a young girl on a new (and never seen before) Chessie System boxcar in about the Summer of ’73. It formed a deep emotional attachment to me after my first encounter. It’s OK, as many others also have expressed a love for her in this form. Many people also love her in the form used by the C&O in it’s famous and highly successful advertisements.
